Q. Do the prices shown include VAT & Delivery?
A. The prices online exclude VAT and delivery. Delivery varies between products and quantities for example; 72 mugs to a UK mainland address is £10. If you are ordering multiple items we may be able to combine delivery charges. Once you add products to your basket, the postage and VAT will be added.
Q. How long will my order take?
A. For all our blank orders our turnaround time is 1-2 working days from a successful payment.
Q. What are working days?
A. Business days are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Q. Can we talk with someone if I can’t find all of the information I need online?

Q. Do you have a catalogue?
A. We are currently working on our first ever catalogue, which we are very excited about so there will be one soon. In the meantime, our website is very comprehensive and is updated regularly, alternatively if you do not see what you require then please call us, and we will do our best to find it for you.
Q. I want to place a large order, but the check-out says I have exceeded the maximum order quantity. What do I do?
